Intercom Calls

If you want to… Then…
Place an intercom call to any intercom number
  1. Press the down arrow of the Navigation button Navigation Button to highlight the IC (intercom) lineIntercom.
  2. Press the center Navigation button Navigation Button or the green handset icon Green Handset to activate the intercom lineIntercom.
  3. Dial the two-digit target intercom number.
  4. After you hear the intercom-alert tone, begin speaking.

Important: Recipients of IC calls will automatically be placed in mute mode.
Receive an intercom call When you hear the intercom-alert tone, handle the call in one of these ways:
  • Listen to the message in one-way audio.
  • Talk to the caller by pressing the right arrow and then either the center button of the Navigation button Navigation Button or the green handset icon Green Handset.
  • End the call by pressing EndCall.
