Resizing Pages and Content

Content layouts must allow people to increase content size without loss of function or readability. By using relative font sizes and flexible containers, users with low vision can adjust the size of the text to make it easier to read. Try resizing a web page by pressing CTRL/CMD and the + (or −) keys and observe how the page changes. Pages should be flexible enough to adjust at least to 200% of the default size without loss of functionality or readability. Users should not have to scroll horizontally to read content, except in cases where it may be required (such as large data tables).
