Default Attribute Release For Research and Scholarship
Stanford Identity Providers (IdPs) release the following attributes to the InCommon Service Providers (SPs) in Research and Scholarship (R&S) entity category. Stanford faculty and staff members can register InCommon SPs with Stanford SPDB and request the same (or a subset) of the default R&S attribute release.

Notes:
- We no longer release eduPersonTargetedID by default. If this is needed, please file SNOW request via Stanford SPDB.
- The mail attribute is not a mandatory attribute at Stanford and might have no value for some users.
