Ascom Pocket Telephones (APT)

Models

Two models of Ascom Pocket Telephones are in use at Stanford:

  1. The APT i62.  Used by the Stanford Hospital and Clinics. The i62 has two service profiles:
  2. The APT i75. The APT i75 is a legacy model that is mainly used in the Lucile Packard Children's Hospital. However, it is also used by a limited number of units in the Stanford Hospital. Note: the APT i75 phones at Stanford Hospital and Clinics are being replaced by the APT i62.

Please submit a request for SHC IT Services.

Lucile Packard Children's Hospital

All requests for phones, supplies, services, and activation should be sent via email to lpchascom@lpch.org. Include this information in your request:

  • Quantity of phones
  • Location for service
  • Contact person, phone number, and email address
  • Cost center account and approver
