This chart shows features as a quick reference guide. Instructions apply to the most typical configuration, where your Ascom phone and your desk set share the same telephone number and you can use only one line at a time. If you have another kind of setup, you can get more information from the Stanford IT Help Desk at 650-725-4357 (Lucile Packard Children's Hospital) or 4-4357 (Stanford Hospital and Clinics).
Telephone Features | Instructions for How to Use Features |
---|---|
Turn the APT on | Press and hold until the handset begins to start up. |
Answer a call | Press to answer a call. When a headset is connected to the handset, the answering button on the headset can be used to answer the call. |
End a call | Press . |
Turn the APT off | Press and hold until the Shut down view opens. Mark Switch off and press Select. Switch off is displayed until the handset switches off. |
