Option 1: Apple Care+
AppleCare+ for iPhones provides coverage for up to two incidents of accidental damage from handling. Each incident is subject to a service fee plus applicable tax. It is at your department’s discretion to cover payment/reimbursements made via PCard or personal Credit Card.
All Apple Care+ Repair Requests must be made through Apple. To file a claim, call (800) 275-2273 or visit the Apple Store Genius Bar. For your convenience, the nearest Apple Store is located at the Stanford Shopping Center near Nieman Marcus (650) 798-6180. Click the Confirm Apple Care+ Purchase button on this page to confirm that Apple Care+ was purchased for your device.
Note: Before bringing in your device, it is recommended you back up your device’s data.
Option 2: Order a Replacement Device
Have your Admin/Department Contact place an order in OrderIT for a new replacement device. For more information, use the button on the right side of this page.
