Mobile Device Service Options

Stanford hospital employees who qualify for a Stanford business mobile phone will need to contact their Departmental STAR or Admin to order, change or cancel mobile device service. If you are a Departmental STAR or Admin, select the Add Mobile Device Service or Change or Cancel Mobile Device Service quick buttons at the top of this page or choose from the mobile device service options below.
