Solution Summary
The Stanford community’s expectations of the mobile experience are changing, and we need solutions to support modern mobile strategies. This is particularly true of our student population. The Stanford CIO Council has agreed to sponsor and oversee this project as a CIO Council Strategic Initiative. It is the consensus of the CIO Council that we should proceed with an initial focus on improving functionality most relevant to improving the student experience.
Specific Goals/Objectives
- Redesign of the home screens and user interfaces with continued iterations
- Establish campus-wide partnerships and a mobile governance team that includes students
- Implement prioritized student module capabilities (e.g., PeopleSoft Connector, Feeds Development) with continued iterations based on feedback
- Future feature roadmap planning
