Enable UIT to more efficiently understand and prioritize demand for its services. Project, Portfolio, and Demand Management will provide a transparent governance model that gathers, evaluates, and prioritizes clients’ needs, and provides improved visibility to pipeline and project status across the UIT portfolio.
- Design a set of new processes from Ideation and Demand Management thru Project Delivery across all service teams in UIT and implement these processes using ServiceNow’s Project Portfolio Suite
- Launch business processes, governance model, and tool to:
- Provide UIT Leadership team visibility to requested demands, so they can proactively steer the direction, fund the highest value efforts, make focused progress toward established goals, and communicate with stakeholders about what is in the pipeline
- Provide UIT management teams visibility to planned and active efforts so they can balance their work, manage resources, plan more effectively; and influence prioritization of efforts that have an impact on their teams
