ADAPT Phase 2

Solution Summary

ADAPT is an acronym for Alumni and Development Application Platform Transition.

UIT is partnering with the Stanford Alumni Association (SAA) and Office of Development (OOD) to implement a new Salesforce-based platform for alumni and donor relations.

This is a multi-year initiative that will conclude at the end of FY 2021.

Specific Goals/Objectives

1. Determine solution and implementation plan for:
   1. Volunteering, membership, alumni directory, clubs, and groups
   2. Event Management
   3. Stewardship
   4. Case management, travel studies
2. Determine digital strategy and website transformation plan
3. Identity Management (IDCS) Phase 2 implementation
4. Marketing Automation Phase 2 implementation
5. Oracle Gifts Processing - enhancements to support a campaign
6. Enhancements to CARD to support Phase 2
