Room Support and Virtual Meeting and Webinar Support Rates

Three onsite pre-meeting consultations or in-meeting remote escalations are included per month.

Rooms supported by the same Project Task Award (PTA) pool their total included incidents. For example, 10 rooms supported by the same PTA would be covered for 30 consultations or remote escalations per month.

Any additional pre-meeting consultations or in-meeting remote escalations incur a per-incident rate.

Room Event Support

Hire a technician to setup and troubleshoot video conferencing equipment for your event

$82 per hour for clients with a Computer Resource Consulting (CRC) support contract

$104 per hour for clients without a CRC support contract

Remote support via phone hotline, routine room sweeps, in-room documentation, and three incidents per month

$40 per room, per month

Incidents beyond the pooled number of included incidents for equipment under warranty

$30 per incident

Bronze Service Package (Lite support)
  • Meeting preparation consultation

  • Two broadcasting techs to support the following:
    - Materials for an online audience 
    - Audio/Video Issues
    - Breakout sessions for an online audience

  • Everything included in the Silver Package plus:
    - A broadcasting team consisting of three to four techs
