How to Configure Firefox for Device Compliance for macOS and Windows

To avoid sign-in errors with Microsoft Office 365 applications, you must configure Firefox to support device compliance on Mac and Windows devices. 

To configure your Firebox browser, follow these steps:

1. In the Firefox address bar, navigate to about:config
2. Search entra in the search bar at the top of the page.
3. To enable Microsoft Entra SSO, locate network.http.microsoft-entra-sso.enabled and enable it by either double-clicking the row or clicking the toggle button on the right side of the row.
4. Microsoft sign-in should now work with device compliance; a browser restart is not required.
