Product details

Stanford has signed a campus license agreement to provide the most commonly used Microsoft software to all faculty, staff, and students. There is no cost to individuals or departments for the MS software on Stanford-owned machines. Faculty, staff, and students with a Stanford Microsoft 365 account can install Microsoft 365 ProPlus on up to five computers (Windows and Mac), five tablets, and five smartphones for free. These devices can be personal or Stanford-owned.

Microsoft Imagine standard developer tools are available to faculty, staff, and students for no fee for academic and classroom use.

Microsoft CALS, Desktop Productivity, and Server software are available to Stanford as a result of the 2018-2023 Microsoft Campus Agreement.
