Must haves

1. Landing page with login buttons:
   1. Provide clear call to action:  E.g., Stanford University User Login (Log in with SUNet ID) that goes to Stanford SSO.  Provide alternative login links for non-Stanford users.
2. Login page with Username and Password fields:
   1. Ensure the form fields are properly labeled. (See Form Fields)
