University IT Services Ordering & Billing

University IT is currently transitioning the ordering process for University IT Services from OrderIT to IT Services & Support portal.  Stay up to date on Where to Order Services. To learn how this will impact authority, visit How to Request Authority.

UIT manages the University’s central information technology and telecommunications infrastructure and provides hundreds of services and applications for use in academic and business activities.


Services can be requested through OrderIT, ServiceNow or by submitting a ticket. A valid SUNet ID and billing account is needed to order services.


Many services are provided free-of-charge while some are billed monthly or annually to the department's billing account. For students, charges are applied to the University Bill.

Vendors & Residents

Vendors and Residents are invoiced for UIT services through our CASHNet payment system.
