New Changes Add Ease, Efficiency to the Process for Ordering IT Services

UIT manages the University’s central information technology and telecommunications infrastructure and provides hundreds of services and applications for use in academic and business activities.

Ordering

Services can be requested through OrderIT or by submitting a ticket. A SUNet ID and a valid billing account (PTA or cost center) is needed to order through OrderIT.

Billing

Many services are provided free-of-charge while some are by subscription and billed monthly or annually to the department's billing account. For students, charges are applied to the University Bill.

Vendors & Residents

Vendors and Residents are invoiced for UIT services through our CASHNet payment system.
