How to Run Service Billing Reports

Browser Requirements

Please use Internet Explorer 7 - 10 on Windows and Safari 5 or 6 on Macintosh. OBI is compatible with Firefox 3.5 and higher on all platforms.

Please see the Browser Recommendations page for a complete list of supported browsers.

Because services transitioned in 2013 to the new ordering system, billing reports now reside in both the old and new formats. Use the Billing & Reports Summary Table to find your report.

BI Reports are available online on the fifth business day of the month reflecting detailed month-end close transactions for Order IT.
