Monthly device and program costs for departments vary depending on device type and other factors.  Please note that pricing is subject to change and may vary depending on functionality and assessment of department needs.

Device Rental

Departments may request Cardinal Print rental devices to support temporary or increased printing needs. Requests should be submitted at least two weeks in advance and are subject to device availability.

Rental options and current rates are outlined in the rental request form. Submit a request to explore available devices and receive a personalized quote. Final pricing and billing details will be confirmed in a rental agreement prior to deployment.
