If an end-user makes a change that isn't reflected in MyDevices after 24 hours for a device that's currently on the network, an IT professional can make changes to the NetDB node record:
- Delete the existing node record, rather than editing it.
- Wait for up to two hours to give the Device Registry time to receive notice of the deletion.
- Create a new node record for the device.
If you don't follow this procedure, you might not get the results you want.
