Gemini Enterprise AI is a secure agentic AI platform that enables Stanford groups to discover, create, and deploy AI agents across various workflows. It provides access to Google’s advanced AI and cloud capabilities, as well as access to curated and custom agents that can aid in automating workflows.

The Standard tier is free to all active faculty, students, postdocs, and staff. (Visiting scholars, affiliates, fellows, and other affiliations are not eligible for the Standard tier. View the FAQ page for a list of specific groups with access. )

The Pro tier is available to all active SUNet IDs with a valid PTA.

Data security

Google Gemini Enterprise is approved for low, moderate, and high-risk and protected health information (PHI) data. This covers the vast majority of everyday academic, research, and administrative work. Your conversations are not used to train Google's models, and the same data-handling commitments that apply to your Stanford Google Workspace apply here.
