Transfer a Call to Another Voicemail Box

Follow these steps to transfer a call to another voice mailbox:

• If you use a Cisco desk phone:
  1. Press the Transfer soft key.
  2. Press * (star key).
  3. Dial the 10-digit number you want to reach.
  4. Press the Transfer soft key.
