Setup Voicemail to Email

You have the option to manage/review your messages via phone or email account with an Microsoft 365 integration. When listening to the message via the phone or email, the message is tagged as ‘heard’ and the msg waiting light on the phone turns off.  Deleting a msg over the phone deletes the message on the email and vice versa.  You can store up to 100 voicemail messages.
You may also have the option to keep a copy and/or forward to a distribution list email account.
 
To subscribe to voicemail (or to change an existing service profile), have your Department Contact submit a service order via orderit.stanford.edu, or call the Service Desk:

  • If you work at Stanford University, call 5-HELP (5-4357) or 650-725-4357.
  • If you work at Stanford Children’s Health, call 5-HELP (5-4357) or 650-725-4357.
  • If you work at Stanford Health Care, call 4-HELP (4-4357) or 650-724-4357.
