Igor Ovchinnikov has been teaching software productivity classes for over 20 years. Stanford staff have enjoyed his training since around 2007. His training philosophy stems from a strong belief that learning is a perpetual cycle of new discoveries and improvement. When he is not busy teaching, he is busy learning something new. Prior to his training career, Igor worked as a consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and IBM, where his focus was on business strategy, organizational change, and process improvement. Igor Ovchinnikov earned his MBA from Ohio State University, where he was an Emond Muskie fellow from Ukraine. He holds a masters degree in linguistics from Simferopol State University, Ukraine.
