Call-Back Solution

In September 2022, rates will change for several of the technology services provided by University IT. The Call-Back solution lets your callers choose to get a call-back from the next available agent instead of waiting on hold – increasing customer satisfaction and decreasing abandon rates.

Features

Two tiers of call-back services are available. Basic Call-Back service is included with the contact center service at no extra charge. Advanced Call-Back service is a billable option that includes all of the features in the Basic Call-Back service plus additional options. Learn more about our Basic and Advanced Call-Back service.

Rates

Basic Call-Back service is included with the Stanford Contact Center Service Solution at no extra charge. Advanced Call-Back service is available as a billable service at the rate of $.95 per call-back. The Advanced Call-Back service will be billed on a monthly basis as a one-time charge per call.

*Note: One time set up fee applies to both basic and advanced call-back. Cost is scoped and priced depending on requirements.
