Rates
Basic Call-Back service is included with the Stanford Contact Center Service Solution at no extra charge. Advanced Call-Back service is available as a billable service at the rate of $1.00 per call-back. The Advanced Call-Back service will be billed on a monthly basis as a one-time charge per call.
*Note: One time set up fee applies to both basic and advanced call-back. Cost is scoped and priced depending on requirements.
