Outbound Softphone is a service offered for Stanford Medicine Childrens Health and Stanford University users that require the Softphone Service for Outbound Dialing. Users will be able to place outbound calls with the caller id and number being masked with a department or clinic name and main number. Inbound calls cannot be received with this service.
This service offering is designated for users utilizing their Stanford Medicine Childrens Health (SMCH) or Stanford University (SU) credentials.

Using the mobile device on which you want to install Webex, Visit the App Store and Download the Webex Business App. Once Webex is installed log in with your Stanford email and password
