Workforce Manager License

Give managers administrative access to the workforce optimization system.

In September 2022, rates will change for several of the technology services provided by University IT. The Workforce Manager (WFM) License gives contact center managers and supervisors administrative access to the system so that they can listen to and view agent recordings, run reports, create evaluations, and work with scheduling tools. Every contact center that uses one of the Workforce Optimization packages will need to purchase at least one WFM License. 


  • Listen to recorded agent calls
  • View screen recordings
  • Create agent evaluations
  • Manage scheduling tools
  • Run forecast reports


You will incur the following costs for the Workforce Manager License:

  • Monthly cost: $7.50 per named supervisor
Note: You must have the Workforce Optimization package to purchase this service.
