The Workforce Manager (WFM) License gives contact center managers and supervisors administrative access to the system so that they can listen to and view agent recordings, run reports, create evaluations, and work with scheduling tools. Every contact center that uses one of the Workforce Optimization packages will need to purchase at least one WFM License.

You will incur the following costs for the Workforce Manager License:
- One time license fee: $395 per named supervisor
- Monthly cost: $7.50 per named supervisor
