Dr. Lionel Levine is an independent educator and researcher specializing in the intersection of computer science, data analytics, and healthcare. With over five years of teaching experience, he has designed and delivered courses and seminars at both undergraduate and graduate levels, covering computer programming, algorithms, data science, machine learning, and population health.
Dr. Lionel brings 15 years of expertise as a Health AI researcher, professor, and healthcare IT domain leader. He has guided high-impact projects in AI adoption, health informatics, and advanced data analytics for Federal healthcare agencies, bridging cutting-edge technology with real-world healthcare challenges.
He holds a master’s degree in Computer Science and Healthcare Policy and Management, and a PhD in Computer Science from UCLA. His research explores how responsible, scalable AI can improve clinical outcomes and population health.
