Emily Grime comes from a Project Management biopharmaceutical background taking projects from start to finish working through FDA approvals, clinical trials, and global partners to exceed expectations for on time delivery. She also has years of experience building out PMOs with organizations to streamline efforts, reduce waste and create consistency among the team.
Emily has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Penn State University and a Master of Science in Leadership and Business Ethics from Duquesne University. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate from Albany Medical College to align her project management skills with policy and implementation in the healthcare field. She holds a PMP Certification, SaFE Agile Certification, CSM Certification, Agile Coach and HEC-Certification. Emily is Smartsheet Product Certified and looks to continue to gain additional product certifications to help drive the team learning. Emily also has taught several university courses such as Intro to Project Management, Agile Training, PMP Prep classes online and in person to undergraduate students.
Emily is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and relocated to Tampa, Florida about 10 years ago after not wanting to shovel any more snow. She resides in Tampa with her husband and 2 daughters, Isabelle who is 7 and Madelyn who is 3. They enjoy going to the beach, taking day trips to fun places and socializing with friends.
