Adobe InDesign Intermediate: Creating a Dynamic Composition

Abstract
This intensive six-hour course will cover advanced techniques of InDesign and how to create multi-page layouts, engaging posters, and well-organized publications. Did you know that the musical component of rhythm and pacing parallel with design theory? Join us to learn how blending these realms can help to create a more dynamic composition and more engaging form. We will also discuss complex grid theory as a way to organize information.
 
Prerequisites: Adobe InDesign 101 or the equivalent experience.
 
Learning Outcomes
  • During this course, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Create multi-page layouts
  • Connect musical concepts to create engaging compositions
  • Understand complex grid theory for information organization
  • Apply tools and concepts within a practice poster project
