Headsets

The ideal headset varies depending on personal comfort preferences and work environment. Departments can purchase any headset that is compatible with Cisco UCCE 12 to best meets their needs. University IT recommends that each contact center work with their preferred headset provider to test and try headsets for use in their environment.
