Printer Recommendations
The Cardinal Print Managed Print Services (MPS) program for Stanford University lets you use your SUNet ID and password to securely print, copy, or scan a document using a vendor-managed multifunction device. You can also manage your workflow at the printer or online, and send faxes using the Cardinal Fax email faxing service. If you have questions about the program, please email the Cardinal Print team.

Headsets and accessories recommended by Cisco that ensure operability and are compatible with University IT’s Cisco Contact Center Enterprise service.
Mobile Device Services
Stanford employees who qualify may be able to obtain a mobile phone or tablet, or hotspot device for business use. Stanford contracts with three major carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon) to provide mobile devices and services for faculty or staff business use.
