Voice Recordings for Contact Center Services

UIT uses voice talent services to record contact center menus and various other announcements and messages. Take a look at our base service offerings (included in Contact Center Workforce Optimization service) and fee-based options (one-time charge for third-party voice talent). 

Note: For both base service and fee-based service offerings, the same voice talent is not always guaranteed.

Services

Base Service

  • In-house voice talent for contact center menu recordings in English
  • *Simple Spanish recordings (only offered if in-house voice talent is available)

Fee-Based Service

  • Third-party voice talent
  • *Complex Spanish recordings
  • *Translation services for complex Spanish recordings
  • All Proactive Outreach Manager (POM) recordings, or "appointment reminders"

*Simple and complex determination will be assessed per request.
