Self-service
Code42 CrashPlan (formerly CrashPlan PROe) is designed to be self-service. You can manage your backups, restore files, and adjust settings by visiting the web interface or by launching the client on your computer.
End-user support for Code42 CrashPlan is provided by individual department IT support staff.
Stanford Services
You will need to submit a Request in the following instances:
- You have Protected Health Information (PHI) and you need to let administrators know which computer needs special handling
- You need to deactivate and expunge backups
