We want to make it easy for all University IT staff to request service management assistance.

University IT staff may request assistance with managing their services. Here are some examples of things the Service Management Office can help with:

  • Consulting on new service development
  • Consulting on service improvement
  • Improving customer experience of the service
  • Helping diagnose issues with the service
  • Developing service catalog page(s) and/or service communications
  • Assisting with service reporting and metrics
  • Creating well-integrated support and operational processes
  • Developing rate and ordering/billing processes
  • Discuss how service management or service design can apply to a service
