Before you start

Using the Storage Price Calculator, you can quickly understand how much you will be charged for the Google Workspace storage you need. Keep in mind:

• Pricing is based on your actual use. The rate is $0.15 per GB per year.
• The first 500 GB of storage is always free and included in the base tier, so you won't be charged for that.

Determine your cost

To see how much you will be billed, follow these steps:

1. Enter the amount of Google Workspace storage you need into the calculator below. The calculator will automatically deduct the free 500 gigabytes from your entered storage amount.
2. Select "Calculate" and the calculator will display both the annual and monthly cost.

Note: You must enter your storage amount in gigabytes (GB). To convert terabytes (TB) to gigabytes, simply multiply the number of terabytes by 1,000. For example, if you need 3 TB, you would need 3,000 GB.
