Zoom AI Companion Policy Disclaimer for Stanford University

Zoom AI Companion enables the Zoom meeting host to leverage AI technology to automatically create meeting summary notes and action items that are editable by the host. It also allows participants to ask an AI “bot” in-meeting questions based on the transcript, which is captured in real time.  To learn more, visit Zoom AI Companion

User Responsibilities

Zoom AI Companion features are intended for use by Stanford University users in support of their official academic and research activities.  Based on the intended audience, the host is responsible for removing high-risk data and any other sensitive information before circulating the meeting summary.  Further, by accessing and using Zoom AI Companion, users acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms of this acknowledgement as well as those outlined in Responsible AI at Stanford.
