Stanford Webex Dial-in Phone Number Changing: Effective Friday, April 15, 2022 after 5:00 p.m., the telephone number meeting participants use to connect to a Stanford Webex meeting will change. The new number is 650.479.3208. It will be automatically added to any Stanford Webex meeting invites that you create after April 15. The change does not impact participants who use the meeting-specific stanford.webex.com meeting link included in all Stanford Webex meeting invites. See University IT news for more information.

To access your WebEx account, go to stanford.webex.com and login with your Stanford SUNet ID.

Collaborate and host video conference meetings in your own personal meeting room.

Deliver hands-on support to clients through live chat, video conferencing, and remote desktop control.
Recording Meetings, Eligibility, and Data Security
Recording meetings
Your WebEx video recordings should be stored for up to 14 days in the cloud. If you wish to save your recorded video conferences, you should download the files to your local drive within 14 days of the recording.
Eligibility
Current faculty, staff, and students with SUNet IDs.
Data Security
- Holding WebEx meetings and sharing screens is approved for High Risk Data, as defined in Stanford Risk Classification Guidelines.
- The option to record meetings (audio and screen interactions and documents) is not approved for High Risk Data.
