This course is designed for individuals who have foundational knowledge and skills in Smartsheet and who wish to continue developing their knowledge in collaborative work management.

Abstract

This interactive training will go beyond the basics to cover the essentials of managing work in Smartsheet. 

You'll discover how to collect and store information on a sheet by creating and customizing a form, create various reports to share with stakeholders, explore the creation of logic formulas, and use a variety of view to observe summary tasks. 

We will cover how all this information can be displayed by building a dashboard using customizable Smartsheet widgets, including charts to visualize your data.

 

Upon completion, participants should be able to:

- Create and update sheets 

- Navigate Smartsheet

- Identify column types

- Create hierarchies

- Add attachments & comments to rows and sheets

- Use the collaboration suite of tools to keep tasks on track

- Create formulas to increase automation and productivity

- Know when to best utilization cell linking vs reporting
