Smartsheet Booster: Developing Smartsheet Reports to Better Monitor & Control Your Projects

Before each live online session, Tech Training will provide a Zoom link for live online classes, along with any required class materials.

This class offers an option for in-classroom sessions. Participants attending an in-person class will need to adhere to the respiratory illness policies.

This session will cover the creation and best practices of applying the Smartsheet Report tool which can be a great asset when managing numerous sheets and extensive information.

Monitoring and controlling project work involves tracking actual project performance and comparing it with the planned project management activities. Reports are the key tool for accurately tracking, reviewing, adjusting and communicating or sharing the project's performance.

In this session, we will discuss how to develop and create regular, concise, and informative reports to ensure the project remains on track, and on budget throughout its duration.

A sample project will be presented for demonstration of concepts.
