The Remarkable Remote Worker

New session times will be displayed below upon confirmation.

Effective immediately in response to COVID-19, most Technology Training classes will be delivered online until further notice.

In advance of each session, Tech Training will provide you with a Zoom link to your class, along with any required class materials.

This session is designed to help you navigate working and collaborating with others in a remote environment including being productive, effectively managing priorities, sharing information with others, and staying motivated while keeping stress in check.

This session touches on both the practical/operational side of your work and on the people/emotional side. You will be equipped with unique skills based on our extensive research in the areas of productivity and collaboration, and also in the areas of mindfulness and emotional intelligence.

The key topics covered include:

  • Managing the stress
  • Managing the work
  • Managing the interactions with others
