Paving the Road to Agile Implementation

New session times will be displayed below upon confirmation.

Effective immediately in response to COVID-19, most Technology Training classes will be delivered online until further notice.

In advance of each session, Tech Training will provide you with a Zoom link to your class, along with any required class materials.

This session discusses why agile has caught on like wildfire by identifying the immediate benefits gained from the agile methodology. We will explore how the agile approach defines business goals and success criteria in smaller increments.

The three-hour course will cover:

How Agile offers More Control:
Agile breaks project work into parts and delivers results in rapid, iterative cycles. Each iteration provides more control and ongoing evaluation of project results.

How Agile Enhances Productivity:
The shorter Agile sprints are more manageable. They keep the team focused on specific goals for each iteration.

How Agile identifies problems and resolves them quickly:
In each iteration, the Agile process identifies issues and obstacles encountered. The retrospective process then finds solutions and looks to prevent future problems.

How Agile increases client Satisfaction:
Agile's flexibility allows clients to adjust their requirements and continually address changes as they arise.

How Agile delivers rapid results and useful outcomes :
Discover how the agile method's iterative nature delivers outcomes that are ready for use quickly, allowing operations to proceed and progressively improve.  Agile methodology helps to significantly reduce costs for project changes and allows just in time delivery of outcomes for ultimate client satisfaction.
