Agile: What is it and when should we use it?

In advance of each session, Tech Training will provide you with a Zoom link to your class, along with any required class materials.


 

This interactive, hands-on session defines Agile, introduces the principles of the Agile manifesto, and provides guidance on when Agile frameworks should be used.

Prerequisites: None

Goal/Learning Objectives:

  • Understand what is meant by the term Agile
  • Introduce the values and principles of the Agile Manifesto
  • Discuss what business problems Agile frameworks address
