7 Steps for Creating a Successful Agile Project
Before each live online session, Tech Training will provide a Zoom link for live online classes, along with any required class materials.

In this session, we will translate the iron triangle traditionally referred to in Waterfall methodologies (Budget, Scope, and Timeline) to its Agile counterparts and understand the different mindset which is used to approach each of these items in Agile.
Prerequisites: None
