The Build a Meeting Room service can build or upgrade a room system, with options such as wall mounted or mobile audiovisual (AV) displays and video conferencing and wireless presentation capabilities. The service includes:
- Consultation with University IT AV experts to choose a conferencing or collaboration system
- Purchase and installation of the system
- Training on how to use the system
