From initial consultation to equipment selection and installation, University IT offers a complete meeting room solution that aligns with collaboration standards across campus. The Build a Meeting Room service can build or upgrade a room system, with options such as wall mounted or mobile audiovisual (AV) displays and video conferencing and wireless presentation capabilities. The service includes:
- Consultation with University IT AV experts to choose a conferencing or collaboration system
- Purchase and installation of the system
- Training on how to use the system
Build a video conferencing room
If you need to collaborate with remote team members, video conferencing lets everyone see each other and share information. We provide standard video conferencing options for small, medium, and large conference rooms.
Build a presentation room
For on-site meetings and collaboration when video conferencing is not needed, a cost-effective presentation room provides a large display to share data. Remote participants can call in to the meeting.
