To continue using Adobe applications at Stanford's reduced rate, place your renewal order in the Software Licensing Webstore by March 31, 2025.
Follow these instructions to guide you through the process of renewing or purchasing a new Adobe license from the webstore.
What happens if I don’t renew my subscription by March 31?
If you have an Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Acrobat Pro subscription and do not renew by March 31, you will lose access until you purchase a new license. If you do not have a subscription, you can purchase a new license.

What are the discounted rates?
New this year, faculty and staff can choose between a subscription for 54 months (4.5 years) or 18 months. Students are eligible to purchase an 18-month subscription only.
Adobe Creative Cloud
- $705 for 54 months (4.5 years)
- $247 for 18 months
- $140 for 18 months (student)
Adobe Acrobat Pro
- $165 for 54 months (4.5 years)
- $58 for 18 months

Note: The 18-month subscription is offered to align the license term end date to Stanford’s fiscal year-end (Aug. 31) for financial and accounting purposes. We will again offer a 12-month subscription starting on Sept. 1, 2025, and onward.
