The UIT Criticality Assessment Program was developed and implemented by IT Resilience in 2017 to assess all UIT supported applications and systems for criticality and continuity measures. Based on assessment findings, IT Resilience makes recommendations at both the portfolio and individual application/service levels. This process is conducted with varying scopes on an annual basis. A full assessment is completed every other year and includes remediation plans for a select number of services that have resiliency gaps.
