Business Continuity Plans outline information needed to recover and continue operations during and following an emergency incident or disaster and identify mitigation actions to reduce loss. The objectives of this program:
- Identification of critical functions by workgroup
- Development of contingency plans for each critical function
- Documentation of peak periods, interdependencies, staffing
- Reviewed and updated annually
