24x7x365 contact center that answers calls for Stanford University & Stanford Medicine

The Operator Services Center handles dispatching for emergency Code calls at the Hospitals, provides overhead paging services, and provides communication services for defined procedures, such as disaster response team notifications.

During evening, weekend and holiday hours, the OSC also answers calls for assistance and referral relating to Residential and Dining Services, Campus Facility Operations, environmental health and safety, organ offerings, body donations, CATH team, and Dialysis and Transplant Services.

In times of natural or other disasters, the OSC is an Emergency Operational Center (EOC) for the Hospitals and the University.
