Mary Iqbal is a recognized technology leader with over 20 years of experience leading transformational technology initiatives. Mary Iqbal is the Agile Transformation Manager for WPS Health Solutions, one of the largest health benefits providers in the state of Wisconsin, where she is responsible for improving Business Agility and helping WPS to transition from a primarily Waterfall to an Agile organization with over 50 Agile teams.
Mary has experience leading multi-million dollar initiatives. In 2018, Mary led an initiative to create a new claims processing platform to process claims for all military veterans on the East half of the country. In 2019, Mary transitioned the key technology support teams for this contract to Agile delivery. In 2019, Mary had full budget and implementation leadership responsibility for a multi-million dollar project to implement a new government contract for a large healthcare claims procdessor which doubled the size of the business while also introducing Agile frameworks for the technology support area. Mary is a Scrum.org Professional Scrum Trainer and founder of Rebel Scrum LLC.
