Harri Emari

Dr. Harri Emari is an independent corporate trainer with over 20 years of training, coaching, and part-time university lecturing experience. Harri is a Construction Project Management Professional (PMP) with a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) Degree in Strategic Management. Since 1999, Harri has experience working as a Construction Project Manager with his Civil & Environmental Engineering Bachelor’s Degree, Construction Management Master’s Degree, and Ph.D. level graduate studies in Facility Management from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. He successfully managed over 35 large-scale projects in various stages of project lifecycle from Business Development to Engineering and Design, through Construction and Implementation, to transition and handover for facility and operation management.

Currently, Harri works at the SLAC National Laboratory with Stanford University to assure contractor quality by applying his expertise and knowledge to development of major capital asset projects. Dr. Emari is a part-time professor and an Authorized Training Partner (ATP) Instructor with Project Management Institute (PMI) for Project Management Professional (PMP) and Discipline Agile Scrum Master (DASM) Certifications. His passion is to give back to the project management community and coach professionals in the use of the PMBoK, TQM, ISO, Lean, Six-Sigma, LEED, CII, and CMAA best practices through his Quality Project Management Office (QPMO) methodology for Engineering, Managing, and Reinventing Integration.
