In this 90-minute session, we focus on the benefits of agile methodologies in contrast to traditional and predicative methodologies.
This module is the first of a four-part series on Understanding Agile.
We look at the nature of project work itself and how products and services are created and how business values are being generated.
From there we investigate the pros and cons of different methodologies and lifecycles in regards to schedule, cost, quality, constraints.
Key concepts introduced in this session include:
- Cost of change
- Plan-driven vs change-driven
- The agile triangle
